Taco Bell has announced it will open its second restaurant in Lincoln this weekend.
The Mexican eatery will be opening its doors to the public on Saturday, October 9 on High Street at the corner with Smith Street.
This will be the restaurant’s 70th UK store and the second to open in Lincoln following the Nettleham Road branch which opened back in August.
Lucy Dee, head of marketing at Taco Bell UK, commented: “We are delighted to be able to bring more Taco Bells to Lincoln.
“Lincoln has been crying out for more Taco Bells and we’re very pleased to be able to deliver, creating local jobs despite challenging circumstances.
“We look forward to feeding residents from Saturday onwards whether it be via home delivery, click and collect, or dine in.”
Raja Adil, CEO of the Adil Group, added: “I am absolutely delighted to land such a great location in Lincoln high street, it is very exciting for me and the Adil group.
“We are also aiming to open many more sites around the UK this year.”
Taco Bell has been serving tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas to people in the UK since November 2010.
